Fieldwork was conducted in 1932-34 in the reservation of Duque de Caixas, municipality of Dalbergia, Santa Caterina, with the assistance of the department of anthropology of Columbia University. The author lived in the center of the village.

Description

Description: This is the network of the persons showing up in Jules Henry's ethnography of the Kaingang of Santa Catarina, Brazil ("Jungle people", 1944). It is meant to be used together with the book, as a tool to navigate in the ethnographic account.
